My thinking on the timing of the break of the head & shoulders is based on symmetry of both shoulders, same period of time on each. Fully agree the neckline is just a trend line and if it can bounce off it one more time in the next week I'd consider any chance of it being a head & shoulders to be over. I'd then expect it, to continue along the trend line until a fundamental shift changes it's trajectory (as you've said is coming).
