There is no need for a cap raise for daily running’s and the company do not See the need in the distant future, however a capital raise is not out of the question in regards to an acquisition. It will depend on how big the company is but the main reason was not for the software but more for the Human Resources.
I for one am not opposed to this type of CR nor should anyone, if we need it to facilitate our largest client would like to see the raise done on a RI so at least the shareholders are the ones that are rewarded when the time comes.
