They did though, listen to the podcast. Said something along the lines of any cap raise required to be for acquisition. If they make an acquisition as they are planning, cap raise will play a part.
Companies such as these will generally start to build a relationship with a broker leading up to these things, that seems to be happening with Euroz. Connect the dots.
Again I am not saying the raise will be bad, its a necessary evil assuming they make a prudent acquisition. Not slagging the company but having been in that game I know how it works.
