Its been discussed on here a fair bit. They definitely said somewhere there may be a cap raise for acquisition when they were saying there wasn't an immediate need for one for cash flow. Unless they are acquiring a packet of chips, they wont be paying for an acquisition from their current cash kitty. If a company flags a possible cap raise, there is very likely going to be one. If its minimal and for acqusition it shouldn't be much of an issue.
Simple maths show they may need one at some point this year depending on how long the pilot takes. The upcoming quarterly will give a better idea.
