Pretty high conviction from Eursec IF they did commit to a significant cap raise after already shelling out for ~100m shares on market. Perhaps even a rare 'cap raise at a premium'? It would serve to benefit the shares that they, or their investors already hold, rather than drag the price down to a discount CR level.
You aren't going to ask for a discount that anchors the price of your 100m shares.
Not to mention that a potentially value adding acquisition could shift the SP in the right direction. (or any CBA news for that matter)
