Yes it may very well be a lay down misere but markets work on certainty in this circumstance. Once the nod done then we will see positive price action because then it only becomes about operational execution.
it will be approved becuse the majority is owned by institutions and brokers who will of course vote for. But one thing which will also give the counter a boost is who takes up the placement - this will matter significantly in terms of a nice price push
next week will be good for SEA but i not sure what kind of positions the underwiters still have on their books
