Am glad you raised this issue about BS and BA.

Are BS and BA addressing different markets to Akida? Well they are all addressing demand for video analytics and employing SNN technology. The fact that Akida does a lot more, in my book, dosen't mean they are addressing different markets.

In respect of Studio I agree. Because it's software; it's application is not really suitable at the large enterprise level, or data centers, servers or in the cloud.

I think demand for BrainChip Accelerator may be largely effected by the release of Akida as we move forward.

But another issue first. I think perhaps Louis may be planning to have the BrainChip Accelerator made available as a BDK in it's own right? It's already in FPGA format. And companies may well be interested in developing their own algorithms through our API for just supervised video or data analytics applications. Why not?

But when you think about the future demand for BA, why would for example the Paris police or GPI or US schools stop there. With the NSoC they get everything the Accelerator can do PLUS the unsupervised learning capabilities of Akida. In other words the gadget thinks for itself, if it spots any pattern on the CCTV that it knows is out of place, thinks it's unusual, it learns from the experience and raises the alarm. (OK there might be a $$$ issue) But so much more value.
