BrainChip's Development Kit's (Akida FPGA)

Perhaps the biggest issue from now till the release of the Akida NsoC will be success of the Companies business model for marketing, sales and distribution of it's BDK's.

As a stocking representative, Bager SC will be buying the BDK off BrainChip. No idea of the price. But it will be Bager putting their gross margin on top, and it will be Bager who is ultimately responsible for marketing, sales and distribution of the BDK (Akida FPGA).

With BrainChip positioning itself as a leading AI silicon wholesaler in the market, it's reasonable to conclude that the Company's success or otherwise with the roll out of the Akida NsoC will rely heavily on Bager SC and their success NOW with marketing BrainChip's Development Kit's.

Think the ASX was right to say the Bager Announcement was price sensitive. But need to be careful assuming the future of Akida will rest in the hands of just 17 salespeople. BSC only has the exclusivity as BRN sales representative in Southern California, as BRN's stocking representative for the BDK, no sales exclusivity applies.
