Boss Resources seeks to raise $8m for Honeymoon project

Uranium developer Boss Resources is seeking to raise $8 million via a non-underwritten private placement.
The shares are being offered at 4¢ each, with the proceeds funnelled into a definitive feasibility study for the company's Honeymoon project in South Australia.
According to a term sheet sent to fund managers, Boss will also announce a mandate from Tribeca Investment Partners to assist in funding the development and restart of the project.
BW Equities is running the deal. Boss' market capitalisation post the raising will be almost $63 million.
Honeymoon, about 80 kilometres north-west of Broken Hill, includes a mining lease, exploration licences and $170 million of infrastructure currently placed on care and maintenance.
