Police bodycams are more complicated than they look at the surface. You need to have a whole infrastructure behind the product to store and backup the footage, custom software that integrates with the police depts it etc. Storage requirements for evidence go past normal data storage...

Brands like axon (taser) and Safariland have big setups already which would likely be worth more than CIOs current market cap. They can virtually throw the cameras at departments for free as the storage and support makes the profits. It's a heavily scaled business model and I don't think we're quite big enough to compete with the bigger players on the bigger deals.

With that being said smaller departments and security agencies etc could be good stepping stones. Its a growing market so will likely be a growth area for cio
