Body Cameras

Just watched a segment on Channel Ten news in which the latest round of Victorian Paramedics had graduated.
Interesting to note that some of those featured were wearing body cameras that were touted as being about to be rolled out to more Paramedics throughout Victoria.
Unfortunately however, the brand in question was Axon, which a Google search shows as being from a UK company.
Is this product something that CIO can supply?
If so, why aren't Australian Federal and State Govt departments favouring Australian companies?
I am only new to CIO but I will be extremely disappointed if CIO have not approached each of the State's Ambulance and Police Departments with the view to either trialling and or ultimately supplying Body Cameras.
I have read through a number of announcements and their website with no available information.
Could one of the CIO faithful who has knowledge of this please provide any information that may assist.
If not, hopefully CIO management will be made aware of the opportunity and act accordingly.
