    I know where more on-market shares are NOT coming from. My intent was to free carry once my purchase average doubled. Ha! That price came and went in a heartbeat. Suddenly I’m eyeing selling one-third to free carry, but such is the strength of this story that suddenly I’m thinking ‘why would you?’ Seriously, why would you?

    This thing now has serious legs. A good - great? - report from the second cohort and you’d have to be seriously thinking TO.

    But what was that about asthma?
