No you are not "dreaming" TowieO....and 6% freed up is significant and also puts some pressure on a process which really was designed to pressure shareholders to accept. ( as the front of the offer document arrogantly shouts " ACCEPT NOW" a tactic which really annoyed me and is more appropriate to a garage sale)
The current opportunity to form a significant block of shareholders should be taken up by all holders over 100,000 shares for the benefit of all. Do it!....(see ordinary shareholders can also shout)
