Is it possible as a Group we could. Delay, Stall, extend the process of this TO so that our BOD do not receive their Options as IMO they do not deserve them based on this deal.
Come May 14th if there was a lack of take up we would see a 2 week extension so what then are the repercussions on the Boards Options.
If they were not taken up that would be an approx 6% increase available to Share Holders would it not.

Assuming that the Rebel Group who are irate about the proceedings here gain a substantial amount of shares gathered up in support for the cause then it is feasible yes?
Or am i dreaming?

I would think that if OZL got a controlling interest ie 51 % that the SP would stay around present levels so options in the money. Would need to fail this hurdle for sp to drop, thus hurting all shareholders not just bod.
