I’d give them mostly the benefit of the doubt on this one, as flying regularly for work sucks. The long trip to the airport at sparrow fart am, the run to the terminal because you got in late, the sit down sleep because the kids were up last night being sick, the turbulence (I hate turbulence), being away from the family and the comfort of home....having to spend a great deal of time in Canberra is enough. I know they get a lot of perks regular work travellers don’t get but flying for work is in no way luxurious - even when travelling up the pointy end. Hell, take a look at travelling for personal holidays, can you honestly say it’s fun? Don’t know about you but bring on matter transporters I say.
