Can't be tfr to a Super Fund. No-one can contribute more that $500k in one go any more. Even husband + wife that's only $1m.
Also an off market transfer only costs $50 no matter how many shares. Brokerage on a $2m trade would be over $5k. If it were related parties why would they tfr on market?
XT only means that it was the same broker. If someone using Commsec bought of someone else using Commsec then it would show as XT.
