March 2018 could go down as a very important month in the history of PCL
As our current licence agreement in PEL 37 expires next month, the Namibian government hopefully are currently working on a new licence, I think this is why Tullow have not announced an exact drill date as we dont actually own PEL 37 after next month. Once a new licence agreement is announced with the Namibian government I think we will hear from Tullow in regards to when and who will be drilling the Cormorant prospect.
Add to this the Testing of Tulainyo 2 and we could have the perfect storm, plus, Dempsey could get stimulated (not holding breathe). All in All a great month coming up. good luck to all.
