Just wondering - what is your figures for the EV/E calculation. Working backward a 4cents share price - $12m EV you mentioned, would give at a EV/E range of 4-6 so between $2-3 million earnings I assume ($12m/$3 = 4, $12m/$2m = 6 at the upper range)?
Correct me if I'm wrong?
I think the main worry now is the collaboration with Housing Authority hasn't technically resulted in tangible work being started , just the foundations. Hopefully this goes on through, as well as the development application for the luxury townhouses. As apart from this I am not sure what else they have in the pipeline actually earning revenue for the year ahead.
THe other worry is when will revenue be staggered in regards to these construction projects? Staggered throughout the build, or upon completion?
