Did you stumble across the approval for the development application for the townhouses? The last announcement had mentioned they planned to lodge a DA in the near future, but if this has actually transpired that would change things abit.
As for the housing authority collaboration I'll hold my breath on that one. The overseas tendering and a tender in aus is still on the praying cards, but also not holding my breath. I am pretty sure the intention to find a business to acquire is dead in its tracks after so long with no leads.
