I'm sure there was plenty of people who dumped their bhd's and bought up bhdo's at/near launch, especially given the long shelf life of the options. I'm sure there was a bunch who posted here saying as such. I'm guessing they're not exactly thrilled at how things have changed and panned out!

Some might question why something that was initiated less than a year after launch (dividend 'plan') wasnt just policy from the beginning?

Other's might just question why someone who can apparently read global macro events so efficiently cant himself (or hire a competent team to) read shareholder sentiment or the ASX rules.
