When the PSF came out in October 2017, it was done on an indicated resource of 15MT, over provision of transport and energy cost by at least 50% and a plant size of 1MT,conservative estimate of sales estimate, a very uneconomical projection, yet still being a viable project .
In June 2017, BGS has already an indicated resource of 32MT on its main and western part of Goulimina. Yet by January 2018, discovery in Sandaya West and Main has thickness and quality of equal if not more than that of Goulinma itself.
We have areas in Dubali yet to be explored together with the new tenements applied together has the potential of bringing the project into a world class lithium project in volume and quality of 100MTs and a 4MT plant.
PSF2 together with JORC coming on this quarter will have a multiple of improved indicated resources and an improved costs in its energy and projected transport bills.
Months of progressive negotiations with offtakers are likely to be announced anytime soon with its results after the publication of PSF2.
Years and months of labor will come to fruition this quarter and holders will find all their holding and the patience they have exercised during this period will all be worth it. Smart money is already showing their presence and the top 20s showing an increase in their holding. Volume has decreased during the retracement and we will soon see the SP increased with increase volume from hereon.
The new gold ERA will begin this quarter with great expectations as the story unfolds from hereon. We expect keenly an initial deposit of $1million US from Rangold as down payment followed by regular royalty of 4% of the gold production in Morilla for Nitiola and Viper. We also look forward to recommendations from our gold consultants as to the direction and potential for our gold and the tenements.
We have plenty to look forward to, for our lithium and our gold this coming quarter.
