    I agree.

    Firstly, as I have posted previously, there is a huge disconnect between the current SP and the true value of our Li project IMO.

    My thought has always been that most of the CAPEX financing would be facilitated by one or two partners who pay a percentage up front as part of a supply agreement. As Franky says in the above post, another (concurrent) option is to use bank financing. Indeed I've seen other ASX outfits use Aussie bank lending. I believe that any dilution by cap raise for CAPEX would be minimal to nil.

    I also believe that the BOD have stated that they intend to take our Li project to production - there is little chance of a take over really , shareholders will see a far greater return by keeping ownership of the project IMO.
