Yeah Class Action will be big. I would imagine the banking commission class action, probably one for each big financial institution is going to be the biggest on record. To date I believe the biggest class action is 300 million settled.
But all of these banks and investment companies can handle that no problems- so I think the SP will continue to dive as new news comes out about how bad the treatment was, class action, quick settlement, at that point the share price will bottom, but then build itself back up.
So how far away is that? I would say a good 9-12 months away before it'll bottom, THEN it will be worth buying. Guessing by then it might drop another 20-50% on todays share price, even though assets in the company may actually continue to grow... then it will be a bargain.
