I feel some accumulation / manipulation is in play. My guess is that they are accumulating around at these levels and the buy order at .12 will be pulled but there .125 sell order will remain People will then sell into .12 and .115. Just my guess anyway, have been seeing people playing around pre open. Its a good sign that theyre trying to load up though. Alternative i could be completely wrong and buy side is looking strong. All Imo.
