I intend to reject it. They're proposing to consolidate too early. Board directors need to wait until a company is stable before proposing to consolidate. In my opinion, the proposed consolidation is too extreme and devalues money. They should propose another capital raising with options, and this isn't intended to be a joke. I've emailed the company an appropriate email. This is similar to Blackham. Almost every hotcopper blogger wrote Blackham off. I was one of 3 who said Blackham isn't in this for 5 days. Same with Beadell. Blackham is going well and have not consolidated, which to me is fantastic.
