This is a very strange, messy takeover proposal where smaller, almost worthless Golden Harp Resources Inc is attempting to “merge” on their terms with potentially much bigger in assets Beadell Resources Limited. This proposal is without doubt NOT in the best interest of Beadell shareholders and I hope BDR shareholders will reject it!
