    Could someone brief me on the points of discussion? such as the recent mention of MACA and loan covenant in a previous comment. I'm only aware of the capital raising they conducted and 2nd highest gold production in 4yrs?
    My opinion is the share consolidation is a bit extreme as it devalues the shares and money. What do others consider?
