It's been going for a long time Dex but let's call a spade a spade - the Turnbull government resisted calls for this RC for a looooooong time. They assured us that it was unnecessary because ASIC and APRA had it all under control.
Well they didn't, and they don't.
So Turnbull and his team of cronies got it wrong, plain and simple.
