By my observation, they scratch them for the first three hours each day.
Then comes a three-hour lunch, followed by 3 more hours ball scratching.
And if you've been counting, you will find the one hour overtime per day which, with penalty rates, leave loading, and meals support, results in a near doubling of their base salary.
