Time will tell, but if Blue Sky didn't have a structural issue in their practices, then they wouldn't have been open to Glaucus report to say that there are problems. All of the items that Glaucus report has identified have not been properly refuted. If they had, and there was no issues, then Glaucus would have lost a lot of money.
You cannot have a situation where you can only have a bet that the market will go up, because all that does is kill the liquidity of the market.
