    Unfortunately it is legal and the ASX also made a HFT change maybe 2 years ago to 'adjust' the time frame from something like every 30 secs to 1 minute intervals. Still too fast for mortals like us but we just keep protesting and they keep making money so why would they change something that is a honey pot for them.
