I believe BAL would have done extensive research as to how to be successful in terms of achieving CFDA approval, so IMO CFDA approval will be received, and hopefully very soon.

In the mean time the very low volume of shares being trade as it drifts lower tells me when good news is received the SP will fly higher as buyers jump in as BAL will be perceived to have been completely de-risked, I already view it as being de-risked with plenty of upside.
