A good performing company will continue to perform well provided:

It has good management….based on the turnaround in performance…I could conclude that they are.
Product has a lucrative market…I believe that this is the case. Increase in population (birth rates) will augur well…leading to increase in demand. Also most buyers consider products from Australia and NZ as trustworthy, hence will provide more confidence to buyers. In close nit market, word of mouth is a also a powerful marketing tool. The fact that products “fly off the shelves” says a lot for this company.
Bal has its own manufacturing plant and this is not yet factored in the revenue forecast. So its only positive from here onwards.
I would not judge on the quality of the shareholders…large shareholders I would not be concerned about as long as they are not managing/controlling the company. Again I don’t believe this is the case.
Class action may/may not result in a pay out. Even if there is a pay out I don’t expect it to have a major impact at all. Payout on past action based on previous management should not impact the future of the company.
I have complete faith in the management but more so in the product and the market.
