EMH does not resolve the expiration of the memorandum. Next is preparing for lithium extraction
Australian company European Metals Holdings (EMH) is continuing its preparations for lithium mining near C£novka, despite the fact that the Minister of Industry and Trade in Resignation Tom£ H£ner (for YES) announced on Thursday that the Czech Republic had denounced a memorandum of understanding on the mining of this metal . The company also claims that the move will in no way affect its exploratory rights.
"Termination of the memorandum by the state has no factual influence on the running of the project, but we perceive it as a geopolitically negative step. The Czech Republic, on the other hand, should support the project because the economic benefits of lithium extraction and processing for the Czech state should reach more than 20 billion crowns, "said Arca Capital spokesman Barbora Han£kov£.
