This looks like a well thought out plan. I read somewhere over the last 24 hours and million posts that they have been in communication with our board to arrive at tbis outcome for 3 YEARS.
If that is the case we have been shafted for some considerably time and I see no other upside.
I'm very disappointed the in board.

Yep been around for a while we can assume, would hate to think this was on when they invited our man K to visit, they sure kept it under wraps if that was the case.
