    I've been speaking with someone pro bono (so all care no responsibility) about OZL's "Final offer".  In their opinion (a corporations law lawyer) there is very little in the way of OZL lifting the offer within the offer period if it suited them. Hence, they will if they think it worthwhile.

    And of course they wont want to if they dont have to.
