Yeah, this is all the 'dark pool' stuff. It's all very nice, but why do these people have an advantage over anyone else? Yet another example of an uneven playing field. I can't place a sell at 16.25, why should another entity be able to place a buy at that price? And it's pot-luck that you might strike the bidder, if they happen to be there when you place a sell.
