    Why would the buyer (or the trades) be considered off market, if the sells are on market? I don't understand.

    I thought it is super fast bot trading with a fast dedicated link to the ASX that enables them to see the sell order coming in (before anyone else could act) and they then put in their buy order at 16.25c and gazumped the first in line 16c buy order.
