These are small but very real risks, eg a regulatory road block on Centro legals could lead to the withdrawal of the offer at any time. Selling now is completely sensible in these circumstances, it's a bird in the hand. OK could miss out on a higher offer but also could hold and see the SP fall back a lot and then suffer years more frustration. I sold half at 16 cps and will wait a little longer before selling the rest, but I will sell before the deadline if no other offer has emerged. My opinion DYOR.
