    Agree with all you say, but would again make the observation of the small matter of 150million 10 cent options expiring at the end of June playing a VERY important part in the BOD endorsing this half-arsed offer from OZL. Rightly or wrongly, this whole episode has an appearance of rewarding 5 or 6 optionholders, whilst rubbing the rest of our noses in the dirt.
