My understanding is the bid is a lot less final than some would like us to believe...from a legal stand point.
That doesn't change the fact Longterm holders KNOW it is worth a lot more and OZL also thinks the same but obviously wants to get it as cheap as possible. Whether they change the bid (assuming no second bidder) is entirely up to them.
Is there a meeting point? Is there a second offer from a new party?
Are we better off just going for the continued ride with AVB while knowing there will be some dilution but probably a lot less than as an OZL share holder? Hey, lack of liquidity isn't going to scare most of us, we've lived with it for years!
