I think you're right about BR Paul. IMO, being the possible conductor of this orchestra in the first place, they will accept without doubt, even if a higher offer comes in, OZL will match it, and BR will go with OZL. They only pulled back from a pre-bid agreement, coz that would have put the starting line for OZL at over 30%, triggering AN INDEPENDENT VALUATION, which everyone, except the BOD of the bidder, and seemingly, the target, don't want. Just as well they have M&A lawyers handling the finer detail eh? what a pickle they could have been in.
To those who are fearful, feeling bullied, and thinking of taking the 16 cents on-market bid, remember you have time on your side before anything needs to be done. If you sell now, there is no upside for you, if you wait, who knows? At worst you might eventually accept the offer, currently valued at 16.56 cents
