Yes, Kalenn's valuation details are invaluable. The forward projections detailed in the figures could also prove to be conservative on what we know about demand/supply and certainly add to the premise that the offer we are being asked to accept is way off! Kalenn has certainly kept the valuations objective yet the figures starkly demonstrate the weakness of the current offer. The door is open!
