Seems to be a few genuine questions/concerns by holders regarding the proposed acquisition of the Muchea Silica Sand project from Australian Silica Pty Ltd.
The best person to answer these questions imo is @Az888
A few here already know Az888 is Aaron Banks owner of Australian Silica...

I'm all for this proposed deal being worth billions to VRX shareholders, $1 a share, bla bla, "blue sky for africa" and "win-win" etc...but some genuine transparency & honesty wouldn't go astray here imo...
Questions for Az:
1) What happened to the deal alluded to in the above HC post with a "large Japanese company"?
2) Would it not been more profitable for you to do a JV with another large player in the silica industry if indeed this project is worth "Billions" as suggested by Mitchum et al?
3) What was Bruce Maluish's role at Australian Silica?
