Li and Cu is what the FMG diversification talk was about.
MIN will become the 4th largest IO producer & 3rd largest Li producer in oz and its tenements will surround FMGs everywhere and it will triple its port hedland berth capacity. They will double their IO production overnight to 30MTpa. They will outgrow FMG in both IO production increase % and Li total production!
MIN will build a rival rail network that will rival FMG & RIOs.
Forrest holds AGO shares at 5c a share, does he want to own MIN this way?
If FMG wants to takeover MIN, it would be easier to take a large stake in AGO and then hold a large stake cheap in MIN. Whoever thinks that an emerging large IO conglomerate in MIN/AGO is no threat to BHP RIO FMG has rocks in their heads.
I think MIN knows this low first bid wont be the end of it, there are too many dices and share purchases flying around.
