Facts? What are those? Who needs them?
My experience with share price and facts, is that once a fact is known and public you have already missed the boat, or on the other hand a large investor forces the price down just after you've bought in.
You have to use facts in conjunction with charts for your timing to buy. These days with fairly close to real time charts for fine tuning your buy on the day, tied in with overall picture charts, it does increase your chance of coming out in front.
It is worth taking the time to learn to read them, and do watch trading strategies if you have time to sit in front of a computer. Just because it looks like there are a lot of buyers and not many sellers, doesn't mean this is the case. Often there maybe a dummy bidder or buyer with a large number just off the pace that may get pulled at the last minute. This can also confound and frustrate facts.
Facts may influence the share price and volatility, but they don't determine it.
