One of the largest Czech shareholders of EMH is the investment group Arca Capital, co-owned by Slovak businessman Pavol Krúp. "Termination of the memorandum by the state has no factual influence on the project, but we see this as a geopolitically negative step," Arca Capital spokesman Barbora Hanáková said today.
If this is coming from the horses mouth , whom wants to increase their stake to 10/20 % , I would not be selling my shares to them on open next week as I think they will be buying them .
