Yep, the story seems solid. I know Stein himself is a believer that Calima is an asset play not an exploration play. We bought the asset at $650 per acre, but the acres are trading for up to $6,000+ per acre for liquids rich, $4,400 recently. He gets a 22 cents price for CE1 assuming it's earnt it's 57% interest and has done the dilution required to raise the $20 million to fund the drilling. But I also know the local investor community things it's just moose pasture, and they need drilling.
The more immediate issue is the 5.5 cents 65 million share overhang, as soon as the share price creeps towards 5.5 cents Euroz is all over it selling. The very poor volume since the placement was done just makes me nervous for the moment despite what looks like a recovering chart pattern.
