Interesting thought. Probably not too bad considering they have had other offers for the company over the past year, but all things considered, it would be a setback. I have to believe with all of the good announcements that they are working toward accomplishing the task at hand. They are probably working out the details. I have seen mining and other deals run long on closing. Not so much in the American markets, which are used to fast closing, but somewhat usual in the Australian and European markets. And everyone knows that the Asian Pacific markets will see deal changes right up to the closing, sometime major changes. I would hope that these companies would work toward a mutually beneficial closing in the near term, but having worked most continents, I know that international cultures run on their own times. I am rooting for a close at American year end and have to imagine that this deal would run the gauntlet at ASIC before the management could issue the shares to the new company. Good luck to all.
IMO - AOW is a win.
