From the recent conference call apparently a single flu death would render the entire facility on lockdown, taking it off the market from all new potential sales for several weeks. Several deaths lead to multiple facilities falling into this lockdown apparently..
I'm not trying to justify the current management and their performance, far from it .. I totally agreed with what you said .
p.s. flu season is upon us again, cross fingers residents stay safe and processes in place to help mitigate what happened last year
